Resumen

No tenemos servidores propios, no pedimos cuentas y no guardamos datos tuyos. Para jugar con amigos por internet usamos Epic Online Services, un servicio de Epic Games.

Qué datos pasan y para qué

Tu nombre de jugador. Lo escribís vos y lo ven los demás jugadores de tu mesa. Viaja directo entre los dispositivos de la partida (computadoras, teléfonos y tablets). Nosotros no lo guardamos.
El código de sala. Son 5 letras que se crean al armar una partida para que tus amigos la encuentren. Se borran cuando se cierra la sala.
Epic Online Services. Para conectar a los jugadores, el juego se registra en Epic de forma anónima, sin cuenta de Epic y sin tu nombre. Epic recibe un identificador del dispositivo, el tipo de equipo (por ejemplo "macOS MacBook Pro" o "iPhone"), la dirección IP y los datos técnicos de la conexión. Si hace falta, la partida pasa por un servidor de Epic para llegar de un dispositivo a otro. Epic puede procesar estos datos en Estados Unidos. La tienda donde lo compraste. Steam (Valve), la App Store (Apple) o Google Play (Google) tratan tus datos de compra según sus propias políticas: Steam, Apple, Google. El juego no les manda datos tuyos.

Qué NO hacemos

No pedimos mail, cuenta ni datos de pago (los pagos los maneja la tienda).
No usamos publicidad ni rastreadores.
No vendemos ni compartimos datos con nadie.
No guardamos el chat de las partidas: los mensajes van solo a los jugadores de esa mesa.

Lo que queda en tu dispositivo

El juego guarda en tu computadora o teléfono tu nombre, tus opciones (apariencia, volumen, etc.) y, si hosteaste, la partida a medias para poder seguirla. Podés borrarlo cuando quieras desinstalando el juego o borrando su carpeta de datos.

Menores de edad

El juego es apto para todo público. No pedimos ni guardamos datos de nadie, y tampoco de menores.

Summary

We don't run our own servers, we don't ask for accounts and we don't store your data. To play with friends over the internet we use Epic Online Services, a service by Epic Games.

What data is involved and why

Your player name. You type it and the other players at your table see it. It travels directly between the devices in the match (computers, phones and tablets). We don't store it.
The room code. A 5-letter code created when you set up a match so your friends can find it. It's deleted when the room closes.
Epic Online Services. To connect players, the game signs in to Epic anonymously, with no Epic account and without your name. Epic receives a device identifier, the device type (e.g. "macOS MacBook Pro" or "iPhone"), your IP address and technical connection data. When needed, the match is relayed through an Epic server. The store where you bought it. Steam (Valve), the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google) handle your purchase data under their own policies: Steam, Apple, Google. The game doesn't send them any of your data.

What we DON'T do

We don't ask for your email, an account or payment details (the store handles payments).
No ads, no trackers.
We don't sell or share data with anyone.
We don't store match chat: messages only go to the players at that table.

What stays on your device

The game saves on your computer or phone your name, your options (look, volume, etc.) and, if you hosted, an unfinished match so you can resume it. You can delete it anytime by uninstalling the game or deleting its data folder.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages. We don't ask for or store anyone's data, including children's.
